Jackie Odom Campbell is an HR consultant, AI implementation strategist, and entrepreneur who helps organizations leverage AI to streamline operations, reduce administrative burden, and free HR teams to focus on strategic priorities.

Jackie brings 30+ years of HR leadership experience across healthcare, technology, gaming, and professional services, having supported workforces up to 600 employees domestically and internationally.

As Founder and Principal of Get Inspired HR, Jackie works with growing businesses to design compliant, people first HR systems built to scale. Her recent work focuses on practical AI implementation, including automating candidate offer letters and onboarding workflows, Payroll system workflows, creating chatbots for policy and benefits inquiries, and deploying onboarding assistants that significantly reduce repetitive questions from new hires. Within her own business, she uses agentic AI and low-code tools to build her website with a CRM backend, AI readiness assessments, and other customized applications.

She is also Co-Founder and COO of Get Inspired AI, an AI-powered entrepreneur incubator for MVP-stage founders who are actively using AI to build products or services that help people live better lives. Get Inspired AI leverages shared knowledge and corporate functions (finance, legal, marketing, compliance, HR, etc) to increase probability of successfully bringing these ideas to the people that can use them.
